Laundry can be given to one of our drivers during a time window of your choosing, it can be left in a secure location to which you give us access (in front of your apartment door for example), or it can be left with the concierge of your building or hotel. To give us a key to your building, schedule a pick-up and then give the key to the delivery driver.
